Purchases under S$199 - flat fee S$10
Purchases above S$200 - Free shipping

Delivery time: Between 3 - 5 days 

Overseas Postage

Separate shipping fee applies depending on countries. 
Please email to custsvs@knghub.com for shipping costs. 
Alternatively, you may be required to top up shipping cost if you've check out. 
(Should you decide a refund, please note that a handling charge of S$10 applies)

Terms and Conditions

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order
Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.

Can I return/exchange my order?

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However,you may exchange for another product.

Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!


How I return/exchange my order?

For all local orders:

Option 1:
By mail/courier to K & G Marketing Pte Ltd, 2 JURONG EAST ST 21 IMM BUILDING #04-02B (S) 609601

*you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred. 

It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

Option 2:
Visit our showroom located at  2 JURONG EAST ST 21 IMM BUILDING #04-02B (S) 609601 to proceed with the exchange.

Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!

For all other international orders:

Please contact us prior sending your item.

What if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

You'll be responsible for re-delivery fees incurred under such circumstances

We'll advise on the return fees and re-delivery fees incurred
