What payment options do we accept?

We accept the following modes of payment for online purchases - PayPal, Visa debit/credit cards, MasterCard debit/credit cards.

Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

Few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

  • Your connection may have dropped during checkout
  • Your card may have been rejected

Delivery Information:

  1. All deliveries are within the land of Singapore and are outsourced by 3rd party courier companies.

  2. Delivery hours: Dojangs (3pm to 9pm), Residential (9am to 10pm).
  3. We deliver from Monday to Saturdays.
  4. Should you want a specific timing for your delivery (2 hours range), a special delivery request fee will applies. Payable to the courier company upon booking. 
  5. Delivery to Residential Only *For Condo delivery, we need your assistance for smooth delivery to your unit. If we are unable to go up to your unit, due to security reasons or any other reasons, we will give you a call. However, if you are unreachable after our third call attempts, we will move on with other delivery and a re-delivery fee of $15 will be imposed.
  6. Please note that delivery does not include set up fee. Should you require set up for bulky items, charges will applies and must be requested upon orders placed. 
  7. For overseas purchase, please note that separate delivery charges applies and you will be liable to pay for the charges and any import/export taxes that applies.
  8. Should you decide to cancel your order, there will be a 10% handling fee that will be imposed.

Can I return/exchange my order?

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However,you may exchange for another product. 

  1. Valid proof of purchase from knghub.com
  2. Within 7 days of purchase.
  3. items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact.
  4. Email our Customer Care: custsvs@knghub.com to confirm the exchange

How do I arrange for the exchange my order?

Print out the valid exchange email together with your purchase
