Can I place bulk/corporate order?

Do you offer walk in / store pick up

In view of the current Covid-19 situation, walk-ins are appointment based. 
store pick-ups are available .

 

Can I order through phone or email? 

We accept orders through our website only.

 

What if I want to do customisation?

All customisation orders are not refundable, exchangeable under any circumstances.

PAYMENT

What are the payment methods available

For online orders, we accept major credit/debit card payments only.
For bank transfer/PAYNOW, orders will only be process after receipt of payment

 Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

Few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

  • Your connection may have dropped during checkout
  • Your card may have been rejected

Why is my order marked as cancelled?

Your order will be marked as cancelled if no payment is received during the 24 hours window.
Unpaid invoices will be automatically cancelled by our system and records of cancelled orders may affect your account status.

 

Can I cancel/amend my order?

We do not accept any changes after 24 hours order is placed. Please check the order carefully before making payment. Cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed once payment has been processed and completed.

 

Can I return/exchange my order?

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. 
However, you may exchange for another product if you have

  1. Valid proof of purchase from knghub.com
  2. Purchase made within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Not washed, worn, altered, customise and products still have their tags intact.
  4. Email our Customer Care: custsvs@knghub.com to confirm the exchange prior coming down to our showroom. 

 

DELIVERY

Overseas delivery charges

Charges differ per country. Please check the relevant import taxes and other charges that may applies. We will not be liable for any return packages.

Local delivery charges

For local delivery, we engage third-party delivery service and the delivery fee is a flat rate of $10 per location. A surcharge of $10 is applicable for delivery to Marina Bay Sands and Sentosa. 

We deliver to most locations in Singapore except for some restricted areas. The list of restricted areas includes, but not limited to:.
1) All offshore islands
2) Tuas
3) Turf Club Avenue
4) Jurong Island
5) PSA Ports
6) Army Camps
7) Shipyards
8) Airlines and Cargo areas such as Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, ALPS Ave
9) Checkpoints
10) Construction Sites

 

Can I request my orders to be delivered at a specific timing?.

Schedules are subjected road/weather conditions and third-party delivery service arrangements.

  • For residential areas, deliveries may be made between 9:00~22:00. 
  • For office areas, deliveries may be made between 9:00~17:00.
  • For corporate partners, deliveries may be made between 15:00~17:00

We strive to deliver within the stipulated hours, however we are unable to guarantee arrival at a specific time.

 

What if I’m not around when the delivery arrives

If the recipient is not at the delivery address upon arrival, courier will attempt to call you for alternative arrangements. If phone calls are not picke up, a link will be send for you to make redelivery arrangement. Should you not make the arrangement after the stipulated timing, parcel will be send back to us. A re-delivery and processing fee will applies. 

For condominium/office delivery, if we are unable to go up to the unit, we will give the recipient a call. However, if the recipient is unreachable after 3 call attempts, your order will be deemed to be forfeited. A re-delivery and processing fee will applies. 

We will not be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever resulting or arising from the above situations

 

Can I amend my delivery address?

We will review on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may be incurred as stipulated by our third-party delivery service, at the customer’s expense. Strictly no replacements and refunds will be entertained.Any changes to delivery location is subject to availability.

 

What if I have received a wrong order?

Please email us at custsvs@knghub.com or whatsapp to 91851981 with your order number and an image of the wrong order received on the same day of delivery. Our customer care team will assist you.
