   For the purpose of this Agreement, the following expressions shall bear these respective meanings:
   “Customer” means the person whose order to purchase products is accepted by K&G Marketing; 
   “Products” means the products forming the subject matter of the Agreement and includes any and all parts, components and materials embodied or included in them, and any service or license as may be applicable; 
   “Price” means the price of the Product; 
   Knghub.com is an official website of K & G Marketing.
   
   
3.  Account 
   Before registering an account on Knghub.com website, you must agree and accept all the terms and conditions, privacy policy and all the content provided in this website.
   
   You must be above the age of 18 to register an account on Knghub.com website. If you are below the age of 18, you may use this website only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
   
   During registration, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure.
   
   Knghub.com reserves the right to close or ban accounts, refuse services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders if there is any inappropriate use of this website.
   
   If you use multiple accounts for the purpose of disrupting the community, we will take actions on all of your accounts.
4. Products 
   We cannot guarantee that the color of our product appear on Knghub.com will be exactly the same color of our products. If in doubt, we advise buyer to look at the item through different mediums, example smart phone, computer and etc.
5. Purchase 
   Before purchasing our product from our website, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any of these terms and conditions, you should email us at custsvs@knghub.com before placing an order with us.
   
   You should carefully read the item detail page and review information such as price, options price, quantity, shipping charges including overseas shipping charges, import duty and etc before purchasing an item.

6. Payment 
   All payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer.
   
   Payment must be made at the time of the order. The price of any product in the price in effect at the date and time of your order, we may change the price of any product before you place an order.
   
   Receipt or Invoice will be issued to the buyer via email once payment has been confirmed.
7. Delivery/Shipment 
   We are not responsible for any loss or damages during delivery. Any loss items may due to custormer giving the wrong mailing address.
   
   We do not guarantee that your items will ship on time as it may due to public holidays. For Overseas shippment, some order may delay a few more working days due to some unforeseen circumstances such as parcel held in customs for inspection, freight delays due to weather and etc.

8. Cancellation 
   Buyer must think wisely before purchasing because once items are shipped out, cancellation is not accepted.
9. Refund, Return and Exchange 
   All sales items cannot be returned for exchange.
   
   No refund will be applicable to all items including sales, discounted and promotion items.
   
   Return and exchange are accepted within 7 days of receipt from the shipped date and items must be in good condition. Items can be exchange to another size if the size is not right for buyer but items must be unused items and unwashed condition, and have all tags and original packaging in place.
   
   For overseas purchases, return attributable to the buyer may not be practically possible due to high return costs. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for such cases.
10. Vouchers 
    Gift vouchers given out during road shows or any events are not applicable in Knghub.com website.
    
    Customer who bought cash vouchers directly from K & G Marketing Pte Ltd office are not applicable in
    Knghub.com website.
11. Prices
    All prices are fixed.
    
    GST is inclusive in prices quoted online.
12. Ownership of rights 
    All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to K & G Marketing Pte Ltd.
    
    Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of K & G Marketing Pte Ltd.
    
    You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
